Modern Primary Bath

After reconfiguring an “all brown” bathroom with an unusable soaking tub, wasted space and very little storage, we were able to open up the bathroom for a light modern feel, grounded with black fixtures and 24×48 porcelain flooring. The tub deck, bench and half wall near toilet were clad in Stratus Quarts “Regal Soapstone Matte”. The stunning Mission Tile West in “Blue Wash” was taken to the ceiling for huge drama. All plumbing fixtures are Graff in Matte Black complete with the oversized wall mounted headshower. A frosted glass panel adds privacy in the toilet area and the large vanity with tall linen/toilet storage completes the function portion.

Elegant A-Frame Primary Bathroom

The glass “wave” tile in the Primary Bath shower was hand cut into the wall tile for a custom look and the bubble pendants add whimsy and much needed soft yet bright light at each vanity.

Elegant Craftsman Powder Bathroom

The whole house remodel of a this Craftsman style home, originally built in 2003, was solid, but outdated. The homeowner wanted it feel like a “brand new home” with a clean, classic style. We added shades of blue, texture, art and some clever space planning in the Kitchen and Bathrooms to improve flow and usability. The end result is a gorgeous updated Transitional Craftsman the family will enjoy for years to come.

Mid-Century Modern Primary Bath

This original, drafty sleeping porch was being used as an auxiliary closet in this 1913 Bungalow in SE Portland. The only bathroom upstairs was a hall bath, not accessible from the master bedroom, so this was the perfect area to create the Primary Suite our clients always wanted.
